Who We Are
Teak Deck Company™ has been fabricating, selling and installing teak decking products for boat owners, manufacturers and professional installers for a long while now. We also do our best to help you solve problems and help you with new teak decks and flooring.
All our teak decking panels are very high quality products, a result of years of experience in boat carpentry and woodwork, and something that we are very proud of. We constantly invest in product development, because " this is how it was done before" just doesn't mean it was done right.
On the other hand, we never promote new products before they have been proven to take the toughest tests by Mother Nature, and of course the demand of all our valued customers.
Installation is available through us in South Florida or by our subcontractors. Many of our products can be set up by skilled boat owners and/or by your local professional boat carpenter using the teak deck panel kit.

Quick Tips!
Following tips are the result of years of experience and are found to be helpful and work in many cases. However, every deck is different and by no means do we guarantee the results on your deck, so please use your local professional carpenter if you don't feel comfortable working on your own.
How to make accurate patterns/ templates of deck for cutting Teak Deck Panels (or other complex pieces)?
If something on the boat looks square or symmetrical, it most likely is in actuality not, but just looks OK compared to whatever is around. Because nothing is square or easy to measure, making patterns saves a lot of headache and time. The easiest way to make decking panels fit nicely is to pattern the deck and use patterns to draw cutting lines to teak panels. You can make patterns from thin (1/8") plywood strips (also called door skin plywood). Cut door skin to 1 7/8" wide strips with a table saw or buy strips from the local boat carpenter. Using strong scissors, cut strips to correct length and glue them together with hot melt glue.
